Feedback Critique

I received some feedback on my idea of modelling a guitar from a story and if I had some time remaining I would produce a art concept. I was being critiqued by 7 people which seemed as a reasonable number that will narrow my idea slightly. Below is what the 7 people suggested:

Shiam - (Modelling an object from a story)
*Research on what guitar you want.
*Model an object you have access to.
*Research how they work.

From this I can use the idea of researching more into what sort of guitar I want to model exactly and how the guitar works so I can find out what things I will need to research into to be able to implement this into my design and possibly my end product. I do have a personal guitar which I have access to to take as much references from. This is a possibility that I can model my guitar since I can refer back to it if I need anything. This feedback has directed me to what aspects I need to look into.

Javon - (Guitar Instrument)
*Look at the materials that are used for creating a guitar.
*Look at guitar concepts.
*Make sure the guitar functions well.

I will be taking into considerations of looking into what materials different guitars are made from so this is further research into aesthetics of a guitar. Again this person says I need to look into the functions of the guitar so that is something I need to bear in mind. I will have to do further research into guitar concepts to get a clear visual idea.

Patrick
*Look into different styles and see if they fit into your own design.
*Look into the anatomy of it to see how it works.

Looking at different styles may help as it will expand my thought in the sort of textures and guitar components I can implement in to my idea.

Ryan
*Research shapes and keep the functionality of it. If it does not look like it works then people will not take it seriously.

Ethan
* Reference Images.

Reference images will help shape my design when it comes to modelling so I will be taking lots of reference to help me out. I will be visiting a guitar store to taking photographs of different guitars.

Gage
*Once you have your model you could alter the shape and style.

I will bear this in mind as I will find fit to my liking to shaping the guitar and choosing a style.

Chris
*Based on a Story.
*Modelling a Guitar.
*Model own Guitar.

Modelling my own guitar would be ideal as I have constant access to it, whenever I need to refer back in looking at how its made and also it will shorten my time allowing me to to work on other concepts in-line with my schedule such as my concept that will go along with the story, only if i had time left near the end.
